The latest site plans and video for the Dallas Cowboys development in Frisco, TX

The Frisco City Council conducted a work session on Monday, March 31, 2104, to review the latest site plans and renderings for Cowboys Alley (as it’s tentatively called), which is the central focus for retail and restaurants leading into the new multi-use sports complex, a 91 acre development along the Dallas North Tollway.

This is the 57th draft so far. “More drafts are likely to come, meaning more changes. But the layout of the roads is pretty much finalized. So is the idea of putting the multi-use sports complex and two outdoor practice fields on the northwest corner of the property. The Dallas Cowboys headquarters will be just south of the outdoor fields.”

Jack O’Brien is president and CEO of O’Brien Architects, and is handling the master plan and architecture for the retail areas.

Robert Dozier, executive vice president of the retail division for Lincoln Property Co.
